My approach stems from the power of the 3 A’s; awareness, accountability, and activation. Everything we do creates a story worth telling or an idea worth pursuing, but first, it is important to reflect on the narratives we create for ourselves and others while asking if it’s a firm truth or a fable. What choices can we make today to draft the stories we tell tomorrow and commit to our missions? I am here to help you align.
Throughout my professional and creative career I have witnessed many individuals and organizations that fail to miss their marks because they move with haste to produce an outcome without taking a moment to tap into their intuition, consider how their choices impact their journey, or ask for honest feedback that can help amplify their vision. This has led to failed initiatives, inequitable practices, creative blockages, disengagement, and more. When we are untethered to the truth of manifesting a new outcome we often jump into mindsets, practices, and values that cause more harm than good despite the possibility of instant gratification.
In working across industries and roles I have leaned into the 3 A’s to start initiatives, lead communities/teams, tell stories, refresh marketing strategies, align missions/values with practices, and establish a cycle that will always lead us to reflect and gain awareness to pivot towards our ultimate goals or creations.
