1. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in a SPIRA program or purchasing any service offered by Julissa Contreras ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. Services Julissa Contreras offers social impact consulting, creative consulting, business consulting, spiritual services, 28-day community cycle programs and other consultation services delivered via online platforms including but not limited to Heartbeat.chat and Zoom. All program details, deliverables, and session formats are described at the point of purchase. Julissa Contreras reserves the right to modify program content, platforms, or scheduling with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

3. Payment Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. By completing your purchase, you authorize Julissa Contreras to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. Payment plans, where available, require authorization for all installments at the time of enrollment.

4. Refund & Credit Policy — ALL SALES ARE FINAL All purchases are eligible for a full refund if a written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction date and time.

After 24 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In lieu of a refund, and at Julissa Contreras’s sole discretion, a non-transferable credit equal to the amount paid may be applied to your account for use toward any Julissa Contreras program or consultation service. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 90 days from the date of original purchase. Expired credits will not be reinstated.

To request a refund within the eligible 24-hour window, you must contact us in writing at info@julissacontreras.com with your name, purchase date, and reason for cancellation. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will not be honored.

5. Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute outside of Julissa Contreras' stated refund policy will be considered a breach of these Terms. Julissa Contreras reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and to permanently revoke access to all programs and services for any participant who initiates an unwarranted dispute.

6. Program Access Upon enrollment, participants receive access to the private SPIRA community on Heartbeat.chat for the duration of the active cycle. Julissa Contreras reserves the right to remove any participant from the community for conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of the program, without refund.

7. 1:1 Sessions Where included in your selected tier, 1:1 sessions must be scheduled and completed within the timeframes specified at enrollment. Sessions not scheduled within the allotted window are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.

8. Disclaimer Julissa Contreras’ SPIRA is a personal development and community accountability program. It is not a licensed mental health, medical, or therapeutic service. Nothing in the program constitutes professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. Participants are solely responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Julissa Contreras’ total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program or service in question.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
